18 Perform periodic visual inspection of the property at least once every 6 months (as needed) with once a year fire/Co2 alarm check & change entrance door batteries.
19 Optional building inspector walk through.
20 Misc’ physical visits such as lock outs / services to building access / tenant issues / elderly tenants.
21 File any & all notices pertaining to matters landlord tenant board
