How Frontline Property Management makes it easier for you

1     Finding tenants.
2     Marketing & advertising on the internet.
3     Show the property to prospective tenants.                                                                                                           
4     Complete application forms with prospective tenants.
5     Qualify potential tenants & perform credit checks and verify tenant references (personal & employment).
6     Landlord to review & verify application / lease / tenant approval.
7     Yearly rent increases and lease renewals.
8     Secure 1st & last month’s rents.
9     Confirm utilities are in the tenants name as needed.                                                                                                
10   Move in & move out process / keys, etc.
11   Cleaning / garbage services.
12   Collect the rents in a timely manner on a monthly bases.
13   Prepare monthly statements & deposit funds into FLPM account on the 10th of the month by electronic transfer to Landlords account.
14   Oversee any small & minor repairs at the landlords expense using FLPM sourced & supervised contractors and handymen.
15   Co-ordinate all repairs including emergency repairs contact service for heat / water / hydro).
16   Co-ordinate snow plow / salting & landscaping / grass cutting services  as needed.
17   Be the only point of contact for all matters that may arise & Deal with all tenant issues.
18   Perform periodic visual inspection of the property at least once every 6 months (as needed) with once a year fire/Co2 alarm check & change entrance door batteries.
19   Optional building inspector walk through.
20   Misc’ physical visits such as lock outs / services to building access / tenant issues / elderly tenants.
21   File any & all notices pertaining to matters landlord tenant board
