- Oversee any small & minor repairs at the landlords expense using FLPM sourced & supervised contractors and handymen.
- Co-ordinate all repairs including emergency repairs contact service for heat / water / hydro).
- Co-ordinate snow plow / salting & landscaping / grass cutting services as needed.
- Be the only point of contact for all matters that may arise & deal with all tenant issues.
- Perform periodic visual inspection of the property at least once every 6 months (as needed) with once a year fire/Co2 alarm check & change entrance door batteries.
- Misc’ physical visits such as lock outs / services to building access / tenant issues / elderly tenants.
- File any & all notices pertaining to matters landlord tenant board. There maybe additional costs if the matter goes before the courts.
