Meet the Team
Director of Business Development
Since moving to Canada from the UK in 1998, Rory has lived in Toronto and Tottenham enjoying the amenities that both areas have to offer. Rory spent 12 years honing his people skills and learning to manage their expectations in his role as sales manager and general manager of luxury car sales at dealerships in both the UK and Canada. Throughout his Real Estate career, Rory has sold to the tune of 100 investment properties of various sizes in the last 20 years. He has gained thorough knowledge on what it takes to purchase and own successful investment properties. Rory passionately believes in investment property ownership for individuals but more importantly, he is just as passionate about proper management of those properties. This is key to the profitability, protection and smooth operation of those precious investments over the longer run. We help people (the Landlords) help other people (the Tenants) as Property Managers. Property Management is a PEOPLE business handling and managing expectations for all involved. Realizing that the management of properties was not being served well enough in his area, it prompted Rory to start Frontline Property Management in 2016, which has continued to grow year over year.
